The straight, flat, narrow and slightly flexible blade makes it easy to ice or frost cakes and to spread or smooth other toppings or mixtures.  The blade is contructed from stainless steel and measures 8" in length and 1 3/8" wide.  The spatula measures 12" in length including the handle.
