VINTAGE 1986 G.I. Joe Cobra "Dr. Mindbender" 3.75" Figure, Made in HONG KONG

The figure is in very good to excellent condition.  Arm and leg joints are still.  Figure can stand a pose without issues. 

The cape is in poor condition with holes and discoloration.
