You will receive.

-3 doors, in 3 different designs

-8 tiles that are 2 squares by 2 squares

-6 tiles that are 2 squares by 4 squares

-3 tiles that are 4 squares by 4 squares

Doors require assemble, it is simplify popping out the center of they floor pieces and pushing the slot into the hole, no glue required. 

Tiles are a little larger then other tiles to add spacing between each square.

Simple dungeon to take out of the box and start playing.
