Shipping times vary, especially during peak seasons. We aim to process orders quickly but delays may occur. Handle plants carefully and ensure they’re well-watered and not exposed to direct sun immediately.
We no longer provide detailed care instructions due to misuse. Research care online and treat new plants with fungicide and pest control if needed.
Plants ship without pots, and root balls are wrapped for a few days. We may adjust pot sizes based on availability. Banana & Colocasia plants will have leaves removed before shipping.
Due to usps downsizing services the most effected mail is priority due to the change in the system. Items have been delayed, lost and/or other issues related, is out of our control as sellers. We work with our local post office on a daily basis (monday through friday), and most issues have results. If we get no results, then we work with "workable" buyers with issues either replacement (if available), refunds or substitute with a different store item. All neutral and negative feedbacks recently received are from "unworkable" buyers, either didn't contact us or won't respond to work the issue out. Please contact us if there is an issue before leaving feedback, once neutral or negative feedback given its hard to work issue out.
