I'm always cautious when describing the condition of a comic. I know collectors can be very particular about the condition of a comic, and that grading is a real thing.  I believe this one to truly be in very good condition.  It came a lot of comics I bought from a defunct comic shop and its been in storage for years.  Its crisp and firm possibly delivered to the shop in a new batch then put until I bought it.
