Chico's lightweight button front blouse shirt top has sleeves that are almost long sleeves on my mannequin, but not quite. Check measurements to see where they will be for your arm measurement. This buttons down the front and has a collar. The colors are gorgeous in blues, greens, turquoise multi. Shirt tail hem. The length is long enough to cover tummy and hips. 

Condition is previously owned, only normal light and gentle use. No issues noted.

Please take a few minutes to measure a similar garment you already own that fits you well, and compare those measurements to the measurements given to insure proper fit. Bust measures about 22 inches across measured from under arms and across chest/bra area

Hips are about 22 inches across side seam to side seam

Sleeve measures about 23 inches from shoulder seam to cuff

Length, measured from nape of neck down center back to hem is about 28 inches long.
