This is an ESTATE PAIR of STUD COCKTAIL EARRINGS that was made in the ART DECO HALO style from PLATINUM. The earrings are centrally bezel-set with 2 OLD TRANSITIONAL CUT DIAMONDS of F-G color, SI1 clarity that weigh approx. .65 ctw. They are additionally set with 32 OLD TRANSITIONAL CUT DIAMONDS of F-G-H color, SI to I clarity that weigh approx. .48 ctw. All of the diamonds are WHITE, BRIGHT and EYE-CLEAN with a total weight of 1.13 ctw. *The Old Transitional cut is the antique cut that is closest to the modern brilliant cut in regards to proportions and light return. It is also known as the Early Modern or Early American Cut.
The earrings are detailed with 32 DARKER BLUE NATURAL SAPPHIRES that are CHANNEL-SET weighing approx. .40 ctw. The studs measure 13.8 mm at the widest point and they are 6.7 mm thick.
