The drug is intended for oral administration, in the form of effervescent tablets, with a pleasant lemon taste. Alka Seltzer relieves the symptoms of headache, toothache, sore throat, menstrual pain, muscle and joint pain, back pain, mild arthritis pain. It works for colds or flu for the symptomatic treatment of pain and fever.

Effervescent tablets are dissolved in water before taking.
The usual dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is: 1-3 effervescent tablets as a single dose, which can be repeated at intervals of 4-8 hours if necessary.
The maximum daily dose of 12 effervescent tablets should not be exceeded.
