This cylinder was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is also labeled, "21654904 000010 00156045 S541 P max = 10BAR/145PSI". We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
