This listing is for the handwritten paper shown to the Overseers of the Poor of the Town of Athens....

Mentions William Stickney aged about 42 years, Rachel C. Stickney his wife, together with their children fell into distress with father being sick with cholera of which disease he died.  

So the overseers of the poor had covered some expenses and are going to the town to recover.
