This DREMEL MultiPro 395 Type 5 Dremel Rotary Tool w/ Accessories is in good working condition. 

There is a part missing from the tool that screws on the top, which can be seen in the photos. 

This part does not affect the dremel from working, it looks like it is a cover of some sort. 

This dremel comes with all the accessories and manuals seen in the photo.
