Porcelain Ceramic, Made in France. Signed by the artist C. M. Surquist. 

NOTE: one foot looks to be replaced and is cracked (hence price)-see all pictures. Sold as Is/No Returns! 

It appears the gold feet were all repainted and the one broken foot was glued-should make trip but may need to re-glue.

This item is priced per condition! Other than noted, there are no other visible issues.
