and may have been mis-packaged at the 'factory'

What is meant by that is the 4 tapes are sealed in the plastic and are in the original paper-board individual holders...but facing the wrong way? That is if there was a design on the backs of the individual paper-board cases..............I'm not for sure, SURE!!
