Look
closely at the pictures.
All of the lawn mower belts, blades, pulleys,
filters, cables and other mower parts we are listing are NOS from a
closed dealer that was in business for 30 years. Some parts are OEM some
are Rotary/Stens/Roberts etc. I try and list the manufacturer if I can
find it. Some of the parts that are loose, cables, etc I was told were
OEM but I have no way to prove or disprove if they do not have a makers
mark. . Most parts show signs of warehousing, shipping and handling. I
see nothing that would alter the performance of the parts. You can
expect to possibly see chipped paint, scratches, light rust, dust,
dirt,cobwebs,oil, and oxidation. We will be listing a lot more lawn
equipment parts and accessories in the near future. We will be happy to
deal on quantity purchases.

We
keep all of our listed items onsite, in our warehouse. We take
pictures of the actual item, so what you see in the pictures is what you
will actually get. If we have more than one of an item, they will all
be in at least the same condition as the one pictured. Being stored in a
warehouse, it will most likely be dirty and dusty. The box or outer
packaging may be less than perfect and it will have been opened for
picture taking purposes. This does not mean it is used or defective.
It just means it is dirty and dusty. The part may have been made by a
different manufacturer than they use today and it may not look the same
as a new retail one from the dealership. It may have been re-boxed and
returned. This does not mean it is not an OEM part. It just means it
was made in a different time period by a different manufacturer.
We
will gladly discount shipping on multiple wins if free shipping is not
already offered. The discount will depend on weight, destination, and
the items' ability to pack together. Please wait until you receive a
combined invoice before sending payment. We ship most smaller items USPS
First Class or Priority mail, so that you get your stuff FAST. Big
stuff goes Fed Ex or UPS. We usually ship within 24 hours of payment
received, excluding holidays and Sundays. As we include free shipping
with the majority of our items, we reserve the right to choose which
shipping service will be used. If you have a specific need, please ask
before you buy to see if we can accommodate you. All other shipping
quotes given on e-bay are strictly estimates. You may also come and
pick up any item you win.
International buyers: Please use the
drop down menu to find your country and shipping cost. The cost is
calculated by the USPS, according to your location. Please do not ask
us to change the value on the customs form, as we will not do it. If you
ask questions in a language other than English, we cannot reply. We are
not responsible for any shipping and/or customs delays or extra fees.
If
you have an issue after receiving an item, please contact us and we
will try and work it out. Please do not just leave negative feedback or
less than five stars without giving us a chance to make it right.
Payment is due within 3 days.
Returns
will only be accepted if item is not as described. No returns on
electrical items and parts. Please make sure the item is what you need
and that the fitment is correct before you purchase. This includes
helmets, gloves, and all other items of apparel. As referenced above,
we do charge a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns. Since we
offer free shipping on the majority of our items, this fee is to help us
recoup some of that original shipping cost as, in order to stay
competitive and offer the best deals possible, we do not build
