Your order will be dispatched within 0-2 business days. Most small/medium item orders go out same day or within 1 day. Bigger items that require more packaging may take 2 days. If you need the item quicker, please leave us a message and we will do our best to get it out sooner. If you would like expedited shipping that isnt included with a purchased item, please message us before paying for the item and we can send you a quote. We ship Mon-Fri and sometimes Sat. We take pride in making sure our items are packed well and get to you as quick as possible. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
 
-UPS, FedEx and USPS are our carrier choices. We will choose the suitable carrier depending on the products and sizes.

- We are not responsible for carrier transit time. (Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-2 business days.)

- For all high priced products, Signature Confirmation will be required.

-We sometimes offer freight shipping for bigger items. If we have a bigger item for local pick-up that you want shipped, let us know and we can give you a quote.

-We ship to PO Boxes, but if the item is bigger we may contact you for a physical address for Fedex/UPS

 - If you refuse the package from the carrier at the time of delivery or the package is undeliverable, you will be charge for the return shipping fee.

- ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO AND GUAM SHIPMENTS MAY HAVE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PRICING AND DETAILS.

 

RETURNS:

Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless the item is broken, lost, or does not work as described. In the case of a broken or defective item, we will send you a return label and refund you when we recieve and inspect the item. Please message us first if you have any questions or concerns about an item you have received from us. We are always willing to help!
