Description
Offered here is this amazing salvaged Vintage Classic Bathroom Sconce Fixture. I am unsure of its exact age, however, it most likely dates to the late 1950s or possibly 1960s. It is made of aluminum, with a milk glass diffuser shade and a pull chain to turn it on and off. The fixture was salvaged from The Frederick Estate in California. It is in very good condition, and was working when it was salvaged, however, it will most likely need to be re-wired, and should be installed by a professional electrician. It is in amazingly good condition, particulalry the shade, with has no chips or cracks in it. The fixture was originally a gold finish aluminum base, but has been painted several times, as is evident. The fixture is made to take one standard size light bulb. The metal portion does have some small dings in it, and the mounting screws and bracket are missing. The fixture is 8.5" tall from top to bottom including the shade, is 4" from socket to bottom, 4.5" in diameter across the base. It is a nice salvaged light sconce fixture that would be great in a bathroom as an over the medicine cabinet sconce. It will could be a very nice fixture for extra light with its pull chain design.
