When I go to print a shipping label on a Zebra printer the height is automatically set to 11", so I open the print window (shift+ctrl+P) change the height to 6" and print it and the label is cutoff at the top.
If I change the height and save it, then close the box and go back to print it the settings automatically change again to 11" in height.
If I open the printer settings from going through window’s control panel the print area is correctly set at 6".
I also print labels off eBay for shipping and have no issues.
What do I need to do to get the Bonanza shipping label to print properly to a 6×4″ label?

Its broken. Ask bonanza to fix it, but i use the following [URL removed]
Hit cancel
right click on the shipping label image and select open image in new window.
Use Ctrl+P from there

Good afternoon. I would recommend you to ask [URL removed] for advice. I know, they have a lot of experience in the printing business and I am sure they know how to put the right settings. I usually order cartridges there and the quality is perfect.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
