Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used, worn, washed or altered merchandise cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please use a traceable / signed for method for return shipping. We cannot take responsibility or refund lost or undelivered packages.

In order not to have to pay high customs expenses, it is important that you take note of these points before returning the item:

1- Please use USPS to make the return.
2 In the customs declaration CONTENTS you have to mark the item as "GIFT ", (NOT returned goods).
3 In the VALUE box you have to put 12 $, ( NOT more ).
4- If these requirements are not fulfilled, the customs expenses will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
