Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsItems can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item if the items is damaged or defective. Please open your item immediately upon receipt and email us right away if there is an issue. If the item breaks after you’ve worn it, please contact us right away so that we can arrange a repair or replacement. We will reimburse $5 for the cost of shipping. If you simply do not like the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping. All items returned for this reason must be in original condition or no refund will be issued.
Miscellaneous details
Our items are one of a kind. We only offer pieces after they have been crafted. We may offer items that are similar in style, but have a different color, clasp, bead type, etc. These are still considered one of a kind.
