FULL REFUND POLICY: Items not as described, or any Items, that has a manufactures defects gets a good item as described replacment sent if an item is in stock or full refund if it is not. Please send us a full clear photo of the problem, the transaction number and describe the problem. We will issue your RA# needed for you to return the item. You will need to send your item back with tracking, Please include your RA# to qualify your refund. When your returned item is received, we issue a full return of your funds. We also return funds if an item’s confirmed lost by carriers, during shipping, as long as your address given was correct. Please double check your address in your confirm email invoice we send out after you purchase.
NON REFUNDABLE:
1) Custom made items, or any item described as 10 – 14 days to process, made for you. Seat Covers are made when ordered. We ask for your vehicle’s make and model info.
2) If you item has shipped, we cannot refund you, unless PO Claim it’s “Lost”
3) We can Exchange for wrong size, we do not refund what we can replace. You send back, ask for info address and RA#.
14 DAY RETURN POLICY:
When you want a refund follow these steps.
1) Please ask for your RA# and for the correct return address for your item to be received back to our manufactures.
2) You are responsible to send your item back with tracking.
3) You are charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
4) When your item is received back in same unused condition as sent, we issue 80% of your purchase through PayPal.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you must cancel, please within 24 hours let us know, we always return your funds ASAP. PayPal is instant, but If you cancel past 24 hours, please be advised it could take 7 days or more for your funds to clear back to you, more than just PayPal is involved, as we have already started processing.
If your item has shipped, I’m sorry it is not possible to be cancelled while in transit.
