Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Shipments:
Delivery time is very variable and depends on the destination location.
After collection of the order by the carrier, the delivery time depends on factors that are beyond us.

Handling Time + Shipping Time PREVISION

Handling Time (1 – 3 Work Days) + Shipping Time European Union (5 – 15 Work Days) Rest of the World (8 – 60 days)

You will receive the tracking code for the shipment of your order by email, so you can know at any time where your order is.

Deliveries are always made during weekdays and during working hours (during the day). It must be an address that always has someone who can receive the order and sign the proof of delivery.

The carriers do not call the recipients, they just leave the orders in the presence of someone at the delivery address who signs the receipt of the order, we cannot be held responsible if no one answers and the order goes back to the carrier’s warehouse, the cost of reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the Customer.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to us

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
