Gyarados with Adamant nature and Intimidate ability, Max EV’s in Attack and Speed and remaining 4 EV’s in Defence. Dragonair with Adamant nature and Marvel Scale ability, Max EV’s in HP and Attack and remaining 4 EV’s in Defence. Kingdra with Modest nature and Swift Swim ability, Max EV’s in Special Attack and Speed and remaining 4 EV’s in Special Defence.
