Victorian in design, these earrings date to the early part of the Victorian era. Screw-back earrings were invented in 1894 and were popular until the early 30's. After 1934 the clip was patented and by the 1940's was the popular choice.

The earrings are in very good to excellent condition, with minimal wear.
