For an idea on size (sometimes it is hard to picture from the measurments), I've tried this on my daughter's Baby Alive and it does fit that size doll.

CONDITION: Very Good, Gently Used. A few scattered picks to the yarn. No spots or stains found. The little panties do not have an elastic waist - so they might be loose on some dolls. The outfit does have a bit stretch to it, so there is some flexibility on fitting.
