This panel is new and in good condition. The fusible web in NOT included. The panels come with directions and suggestions for use.

This imaginative craft panel has a variety of exciting uses. Especially designed for appliqué use, the beautiful fir trees have be left untrimmed, so you can have all the fun of decorating them in your own style. Two scales of design have been provided, sized for use on adult and juvenile garments. The large tree measures approximately 15”, the smaller 9 ½”.

The panel has not been washed, but has been aired in the Carolina sunsine.
