The picture is of the actual copy being sold.  The pages are complete and intact.  The bottom staple is detached from the centerfold and there is a 1 1/2" tear at the bottom of the spine.  There is a name written on the cover and a  2" tear on the bottom left of the back cover (see scans).  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
