The jacket is hand washable in cold water. The neck measurement is 13 inches. The chest measurement is 18 inches. The length from neck to bottom of jacket is 12 inches (not including the hood). ***Please measure your dog to be sure this is the proper size for your pet.*** There are no free returns or this item. The jacket is in very good pre-owned condition with no rips, tears, or stains. There may be a few stray dog hairs. Please refer to the photos as they are part of the item description.
