This is a new item in original factory sealed package.  Originally purchased from JC Penneys - Printed design is on a 14" x 24" fabric and when finished will frame out well on a 10" x 20" frame.  **NOTE:  The packaging does have a quarter size hole in the plastic on the front but all contents are perfectly fine and intact.  It also has remnants of previous price stickers on the front.
