For your consideration, here is a Rolodex Petite S310C Small Card File Organizer, with alphabetic index cards and lined cards, made in the USA.  The Rolodex card organizer has some wear on it.  It opens and closes fine.  There are no cracks or chips.  There are quite a few cards and the plastic index card dividers are all there.
