Not often seen design - Vintage Art Deco style dress clip brooch costume jewelry
Metal is really thin and light weight, looks like aluminium; gold color with dark blue plastic (or bakelite, not sure) elements on its ends.
These types of vintage clips were used either to just clip it on or to sew up on coats or lapels.
