This is a Vintage Pair of Goran Warff "Polar" Glass Candle Holders dating to the 1960's! They measure approximately 3 1/2 inches tall, 4 inches in diameter and they take 1 3/4 inch candles. Excellent condition, just a little wax residue from previous use.
