Shipping policy

HardToGetItems.com has a reputation of speedy shipping! We ship standard orders within 1 business day. Items indicated as special order are often factory direct shipments and therefore may take a little bit longer. The United States Postal Service (first class or priority mail) is our primary shipping method; however your package may arrive via USP.

Orders shipped via standard ground shipping to the contiguous states have an estimated transit time of 2-7 days depending on your location. These are estimated shipping times by the United States Postal Service and not guaranteed by HardToGetItems.com.

We can ship anywhere within all 50 states in the United States. If you live in Canada, one of the US Territories or Protectorates (US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or have an APO/Military address then please contact us by phone (732-294-7798) or by email at [email protected] to obtain a custom shipping quote and to place your order.

Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

We supply tracking information directly at the email address you registered with eBay.

Combined Shipping
Combined shipping is available by placing all “Hard To Get Items” eBay orders. You can contact us BEFORE or AFTER placing your order to consolidate your orders to get better shipping rates.

International Shipping
Hardtogetitems.com ships to all countries, with the exception of those restricted from trade by the United States or international sanctions. Please note that import duties and clearance fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. All international orders will be accompanied by a Commercial Invoice that states a description of the goods, the sales price, and the country of origin of the goods. Please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to quote you a shipping rate based on the weight of the items you would like to purchase.

Return policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. We will happily process a refund or exchange (if available) within 30 days of purchase, assuming the item is in its original packaging, manufacturer tags are still intact and item is in unused condition.

Open Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids, or sodium hydroxide, are not returnable to HardtoGETitems.
