Shipping policy
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays.- When your shipping label is generated a notification will be sent via your email. Tracking number will be included.
- International buyers must allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If still not received by then, please contact us. Delays are often due to the customs process in your country. Import duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
