We DO ship Internationally, just email me for rates as we do this on a case by case basis.
All our items are guaranteed AUTHENTIC and BRAND NEW! We do NOT sell used cosmetics.
We store our items in a climate controlled warehouse but long discontinued and hard to find items from STILA, VINCENT LONGO and SEBASTIAN TRUCCO may not be as fresh as a brand new item. Please be aware of this before purchasing those brands!
Shipping policy
If you would like insurance added to your free shipping and it is NOT listed as an option during checkout please let me know and I will send you a paypal invoice for the cost. It is about $1.80. It is also available for purchase at time of checkout on most of the items in the store.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe have had to change our return policy due to customers taking advantage of our generosity. Although normally for health reasons cosmetics and beauty items are non-refundable we want our customers to be happy so, REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY ON UNOPENED UNTESTED PRODUCTS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, UNLESS WE SENT YOU THE WRONG ITEM. Please email us! You must ship back EVERYTHING within 7 days (NO EXCEPTIONS!) of receiving the package (including ANY ‘free gifts or samples’ sent to you).
In the case that you just changed your mind, shipping charges are non-refundable. Even if shipping is ‘free’ it’s not really free now is it? Usually it’s around $4.50. The only time that we will give a full refund is if we made an error. Please send everything back to:
