Where do you ship your products from?
California, United States.

When will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped out within the next 2-4 business days.

Incorrect Address:
Art-O-Rama is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.

Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our shop, they are then property of USPS Post. Art-O-Rama is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?
This depends on your country. Please note all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Art-O-Rama for any reason.

Refunds and Exchanges:
We accept to refund or exchange faulty or lost items.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. It’s not necessary to ship it back to us – you can keep the defective item too!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, a clear photo with your item must be sent to [email protected].

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.

Once your item’s photo is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
