Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Standard shipping is from 5 to 7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. We do not provide eBay shipping estimates, and they are not always accurate. Per USPS, UPS, FedEx: Business Days are weekdays (Monday to Friday). Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as Business Days. Even though some USPS offices are open and operating on Saturdays, it is not considered a Business Day. Your Tracking Number will be provided as soon as your parcel has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for your item to show any movement.

Note: Some items take up to 5 days to ship.

If your address does not show as a valid address in our system, we will ask for a valid address.
If after 3 Business Days of no response, we will cancel your order.
If your order is being shipping via UPS or FedEx and you have only a PO Box, we will let you know and ask for a physical address.
If your order was place on the weekend or a holiday, and payment has been processed and in our system, your order will be processed the next Business Day.

FREE Domestic Shipping: Most parts sold on Appliancepartselect are offered with FREE domestic shipping. Most standard shipments are processed within 24 to 48 business hours and are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation of shipment with a tracking number upon your order being shipped. We will always provide a tracking number.

Upgraded Shipment Method:
Next Business Day: Orders will be delivered within one business day; Business days are Monday through Friday.
2nd Day Shipping: Orders will be delivered within two business days; Business days are Monday through Friday.
Expedited Shipping:Orders will be delivered within three business days; Business days are Monday through Friday.

We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates.

International Shipping All international orders have shipping charges starting from $20.95

Tracking Number If your Tracking Number is not showing any movement, we want to let you know that sometimes they just don’t scan all the packages along the way. We encourage you to inform us of any issues, inquiries, or shipping problems before leaving negative feedback, a low rating, and/or opening any cases for dispute per our honest, hard-working, small business. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, and there is no movement per your Tracking Number, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to see that you get your item.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST:
Please read this entire email before sending any part back for return or exchange.

All returns are inspected by a technician. If the part has been installed you will not be issued a refund. If a part is installed and it is defective please see our warranty policy below. All returns must be made with in 30 days of the receipt of the product. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are beyond the 30 days you will need to contact us and see if a return can still be accommodated. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10 percent + any shipping and handling charges that our company has incurred shipping the product. Shipping and Handling upgrades or surcharges are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to send back parts in their original packaging with all of their original paperwork. The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We offer free returns for specific items.

All returned items must be in the original packaging. If the item came in a box, it should be returned in the same box. If the item came in a bag, it must be in the same sealed unopened bag. Items must include all manuals, packaging, seals, and or misc parts. Please do not alter the factory box or packaging, and leave all factory stickers on the box/container.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

WARRANTY:
Most warranties do NOT require a defective part to be sent back. You will need to contact us with your order number so we can determine if we will need the part back. All warranties require the following information:

Please note for Samsung parts that are defective we will require they be sent back for warranty approval. We do not cover shipping charges in either direction for these parts.

Warranty periods vary by brand and manufacturer, please contact us with questions related to warranty period. Most parts have a guarantee against defects by the original manufacturer for one year from the purchase date of the product. This excludes unnatural wear & tear, physical damage, and some parts such as filters, fuses, and igniters.

If your part was damaged during transit you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
