We have kitchen designers ready to calculate the placement of your kitchen cabinets FOR FREE. We will work with you in creating the best fitting design for your kitchen or bathroom space.

Calculated shipping cost based on product weight and dimensions. Some products have free shipping.
Shipping time
We make every effort to ship all items within 1-2 business days of the receipt of payment. Exceptions may apply during holidays.
Shipping method
You can save on shipping by choosing Local Pickup option at checkout. Our shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx, Echo Freight.
Normally all items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. If the item is not eligible for standard shipping (because of the size, weight, quantity or the item is fragile) than the item will be shipped via freight service on pallet. Currently we don’t ship internationally.
Insurance
The shipping for all products is insured. If your order comes damaged contact us immediately.
Exceptions
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii and outside of US.
Shipping cost and handling fees are not refundable.

To receive a refund, merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Terms & Policy
Wood composition:
Please be advised that Wooden boards used for cabinetry are a natural material cut from trees that adapt to different climates and weather conditions, and inherently will expand and contract. It is normal for wood to expand and contract under different temperatures and humidity levels causing small (1mm – 5mm) spaces to appear on the mitering seam locations. Maple wood is close grained and strong. It has off-white, pale streaks of gold and pink and may contain dark streaks throughout the wood.
Storage fees:
It is aaa.distributor’s policy to deliver or schedule immediate pick-up as soon as items have been pulled from stock and/or assembled. For every day the pick-up or delivery date is delayed following 5 business days of assembly, a storage fee of $25 will apply, per day.
Damages and exchanges:
If you received a damaged product, it must be noted with the shipper to receive a full exchange. However, if a door is damaged or missing from a cabinet we will complete the order within 10 weeks or sooner. All replacements must be made prior to installation, otherwise refunds and replacements will not be granted. Report all damaged, missing, or defective products within 14 days of delivery date otherwise claims will not be accepted. Please call customer service at 215-745-7900 for replacement instructions.
Returns
aaa.distributor accepts returns within 14 days of delivery date. To receive a refund, merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Labor fees are not refundable. If the customer will return assembled cabinets: $15 for each wall cabinet and $20 for base cabinet are not refundable. Pictures of products may look different on different monitors with different settings and provided for initial references only. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will look exactly as an actual product. To be completely satisfied and confident in what you are placing order for, you can order a sample (flooring products only) or visit our showroom.
Hardwood flooring, stock cabinets, stainless steel sinks, range hoods and many other natural products are available in different grades. Buyer assumes the full responsibility in that he/she understands the product characteristics, grades and quality differences while shopping with us. Products cannot be refused after placing order just based on reason that on the customer’s opinion products are not as good as customer expected them to be. Returns of such products would fall under our regular return policy terms and conditions.
We guarantee prices for all completed orders. Order is complete when payment is processed regardless whether this product was actually delivered. Should customer cancel the order after payment was processed then all normal return policy rules including restocking charges and other fees apply. Special order items are final at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled neither can be returned. If you are returning items you must pay for shipping and re-stocking fee 25%.
All of the products under Manufacturer’s warranty. If any claims related to quality of the product arise, we will have Manufacturer’s representative to inspect the product and provide the customer and us with copies of their conclusion. If product confirmed to be defective or not to meet its specifications, then we will replace the product with full accordance of Manufacturer’s warranty. Under no circumstances we can provide any coverage beyond warranties provided by Manufacturer.
