With customer satisfaction being our first priority, we use fully tracked, insured, and well-reputed courier services to ship your package to you, with UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL being our primary means of getting your package to you.

Under what time frame are return and refunds possible?
Returns needs to be submitted no later than the time span of 30 days for them to be accepted.

How do i start the process of return and refund for my product?
You may start by sending us a mail at [email protected] OR [email protected] first and foremost with relevant information and a request for the return of your product. Our team will then get back to you in the time span of 24 hours with instructions particular to your case.

How long would it take till I can expect the complete refund?
Refund will be issued to the customer within 2 days after receiving the returned parcel.

By what means and method will I receive my refund?
For your safety and convenience, refunds will only be made to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

What are the terms and conditions for the refund application?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, TheGreenTanners will issue a full refund or exchange, depending on the customer’s preference, and will also cover the cost of shipping. Simply contact us and send us the pictures via email.
Under the circumstance that you do not want the product regardless, the product can be exchanged with a product of equal value with no extra charges. In the case of a refund, we will indeed comply, with the exception of shipping costs, which the customer will need to bear.
Note: product is refundable only in the case of the product being unused and sealed still in the original packaging.

What is the restocking fee for TheGreenTanners products?
We have absolutely no restocking fee. Refer to terms and conditions.

Is it possible to cancel my order during shipping?
It is not possible to cancel the order when the parcel is dispatched. The customer needs to return the parcel after receiving.
The customer must ensure to return the item in its original unused condition. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.

What if I receive the wrong package?
In the rare case of a customer receiving a wrong package, we will replace the order with the right one free of charge.
