Shipping policy

Shipping withing the Contintental U.S. only. Items are shipped by UPS and FedEx, so no P.O. Boxes/APO addresses. Please provide “Physical Address” for shipping.

Tapestry items such as throws, wall hangings, and pillows ship within 2-10 business days. Stained Art Glass items and Bamboo Plants ship within 5 business days. All other items usually ship within 2 business days.

Return policy

Replacement product available for DOAs

Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt ONLY if item received is incorrect. Must be in NEW/UNUSED condition and in original packaging, free of pet hair, smoke, etc. to receive a refund. Buyer must contact Seller for an RMA# before returning item in order to receive a refund. (Plants cannot be returned.) Shipping expenses are non-refundable. Buyer responsible for return shipping expense.
