Hello and welcome to my Bonanza Booth! I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little bit about the inspiration behind my store.

With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, development, and e-commerce, I decided to combine my passions with some fun and funky finds. That’s how this shop was born – a place where you can find everything from antiques and vintage items to craftsman’s tools and unique finds.

But WhatNot’s 25th Street Peddler is more than just a collection of items. It’s a tribute to my late husband and our dream of opening a shop together. We had planned on starting a small shop from our front porch after the city opened up a bike route running through our neighborhood. Cyclists pass by here all day, many of them professional couriers traveling from downtown to Towson. We thought that surely they’d eventually need something and see our sandwich board sign we planned to place on the corner under the name “The 25th Street Pedal-er.”

Unfortunately, my husband passed away before we could make that dream come true. So now, I’m carrying on his memory through this online store.

You’ll find not only quality products but also some of my art, design, and photography plastered across t-shirts, cards and other merchandise. Who knows what else I’ll get into next!

Shipping policy

In most circumstances I will ship your item within 2 business days of your purchase, but please expect processing within 3 business days. In some cases processing time may take longer, but those items will carry an notice with the extending processing time included. These cases include items that require personalization, autographs, are made to order, or imported. If you require a rush on your order, please contact me before ordering or make note of the rush when placing your order.

I normally will choose among the big 3 shippers – USPS, UPS and FedEx – regardless of the options presented to you during eBay checkout. My selection is based first upon type of item you’ve purchased and factors such as whether or not its fragile or if it’s lightweight or super heavy. Then, I look at shipper efficiency in price based on distance vs. weight vs packaging requirements. In most cases I will choose USPS Priority Shipping or Flat Rate shipping from any of the shippers depending upon distance and package requirements.
Why am I explaining this to you? In the case that you’ve selected a shipping option and delivery is made by another shipper. If you require or prefer I use a specific shipper, please request that shipper when placing your order. You should understand however that the shipping costs may increase based on the quoted rate given by eBay once I gather all of the information to get an shipping quote for your order. I will alert you of any increase to quoted shipping costs based on your selection prior to purchasing shipping for your order. If you choose to proceed with your selected shipper, you must agree to be responsible to pay the difference for the increased shipment amount even if free shipping is offered for your order. Free shipping offers are based upon the lowest rate, standard shipping offered as of the time of your order.

Return policy

Full refund available for DOAs

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged during shipment.

If your order does arrived damaged, please notify me immediately with your order number and the details and photos of the damage. If the package arrives visibly damaged from the outside before opening, please take photos of the package as it arrived prior to opening it to inspect its contents. Then please open the package and take photos of the item you ordered. If the item is not damaged, you may choose to keep the item and instead just file a complaint to the shipper about their handling of the package.

If the item is damaged, you can choose one of the following: 1) to have the item replaced if another is available, 2) to file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement (this is usually limited amount, so you may not want to go this route if your purchase was valued higher than the allowed amount), or 3) request a refund for your order.

Please do not return any item to us without prior authorization or a written agreement by us to accept a returned item for damage or any other reason. We will not accept any item without a return authorization. For questions or concerns, please contact us.
