Shipping policy
I pride myself on packaging carefully and keeping handling time to a minimum. Normally, I can ship within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays [I’d still mail if I could, but the Post Office is closed]).
Combined shipping is a win-win situation for my buyers and myself. It means lower total cost to you, and I get to spend less time preparing different packages. Please take advantage of the awesome shopping cart feature in Bonanza. Load up your cart with all the items you’d be interested in — then you can review your cart and pay for all your items at once during checkout. I can’t see what’s in your cart, so I can’t be offended if you decide to put something back. Using the shopping cart also ensures that your combined shipping discount will be automatically calculated, as will any bulk buying discounts. Pretty cool, huh?
As cool as Bonanza’s cart can be, PayPal can be decidedly UNCOOL to deal with on the seller’s end. PayPal has strict rules about how to process orders, and more fees than you can imagine. Therefore, it eases a lot of headaches if you are able to send your entire payment correctly the first time. PayPal now charges a fee to send refunds.
For instance, if you see two or more items that you wish to purchase and would like to have combined shipping, it is very important that you purchase the items in one single purchase (by using the shopping cart). If the buyer elects to purchase multiple items one after another using the “Buy It Now” option on each item, I must ship each item separately due to PayPal policies, and combined shipping will not be possible. Really, it’s a lot easier if you use the cart or the handy offer system.
Return policy
Because I am just a solitary person trying to sell some of my belongings online, I cannot offer the type of no-questions-asked return policy offered at brick-and-mortar mega retailers. Please be sure that you want the item(s) before committing to purchase.
I do my best to accurately describe my items and, whenever possible, test them and disclose any damage or issues. For that reason, I generally do not accept returns.
However, I am a reasonable person, and if an item has been misrepresented or I have made a mistake, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
