Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysSometimes, it is difficult to judge the fit, color and other aspects of the shoes and clothing items when purchasing online. That is why we are happy to offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy, unless noted otherwise.
Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used, worn, washed or altered merchandise cannot be accepted.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Please use a traceable / signed for method for return shipping. We cannot take responsibility or refund lost or undelivered packages.
