Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

MegaRetailer is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy
We Provide 30 Days DOA Warranty, If you would like to return your order for refund or replacement, you must first contact us for Return Authorization number. Customers must obtain and purchase their own shipping for returning orders. We charge 20% restocking fee to returning non-defected item. Customers are responsible for all return handling and fees.
