For Custom made items they will ship within 3-6 days depending on Fabric inventory. If there is a delay you will be notified of estimated delivery.

Hand Made Custom Dog Bed orders with Fabric Cut are Non-refundable. If Package is received damaged or item is damaged on Delivery customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of package and item damage for a carrier claim which can take up to 60 days to process. Item must be returned within 14 days. Refund will be considered when item is received back to us. We Photograph all Items and beds shipped to document condition of the shipment.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order for buyers remorse. Our policy is no refunds or returns after fabric is cut. We can substitute a fabric choice if you change your mind within this time period If you send us a message and YOU Receive a Confirmation message back from us but pricing stays the same if its (Like For Like Fabric) We hope you understand. If we cannot make the change you want at the same price the order will be cancelled and you will get notified with a refund via Paypay within 2 days after payment has posted. Thanks.
