Every Limoges porcelain box is hand-crafted, hand-painted and is a unique work of art. The metalwork and hinge are also shaped and assembled by hand. Every Limoges porcelain box I sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic.

Shipping policy

Limoges Boxes are shipped double boxed. Insurance and delivery confirmation are included in shipping price. All items are shipped 1 – 3 business days from receipt of cleared payment. We LOVE to combine shipping! $2 additional charge for each additional item.

We ship Worldwide. All international shipments are sent First Class International and are fully insured, please note these shipments are taking up to 45 days for delivery. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details Returns accepted within fourteen (14) days unless noted as non refundable in listing. Buyer responsible for return shipping.

Refund or store credit will be issued after item has been received complete and in original condition. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless item misrepresented. If free shipping was offered refund will be less the original fees for shipping and insurance.
