Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you without any additional cost.
Size Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on incorrect size selection. We provide detailed size charts for each item to help you make the right choice before purchasing.
