Please kindly message us once you’ve received your item within 1-2 business days, informing us of any error or problem you have with your item, or if your item was damaged during delivery.
Please give a detailed description in your message of the issue and include several clear photos of the item, showing the problem. This will help support your claim and speed up the return process.
Once we have time to investigate the problem, within 1-2 business days or sooner, we will message, making you aware of our decision to kindly return the item back to us.
USA buyers are responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. The item must be in the same new, unopened, unused condition and in its original new packaging/box that the item was shipped to you in.
Once the item is returned to us and we are able to inspect the item and confirm that the error was due to our fault alone, and the item is in the same new, unopened, unused condition and in its original new packaging/box that the item was shipped to you in.
Within 48 hours, we will message you with our decision and findings, and inform you if a full/partial refund can be issued.
Once both parties agree and are happy with the outcome, a refund will be issued immediately and may take up to 3-7 business days or longer, depending on your banking institution, before you see funds deposited back into your account.
A 23% restock fee may be deducted from the refund amount total.
No tokens, discounts, sales, or special promotions that were used at the time of the original purchase will be reissued, credited, or made available for use on any other future purchases.
Sales tax and any additional fees that were charged at the time of the original purchase by this marketplace or your bank will not be refunded and are your/the buyer’s responsibility to contact those companies to seek compensation if you feel that you are entitled and owed.
