Shipping policy
We send all our orders by Correos standard registered mail, so we always have a track number of the shipment. Items in stock are shipped within 3-5 working days once payment is received.
Delivery times are approximate.
If your Paypal and Bonanza addresses are different, please let us know which one is the correct. Otherwise, your purchase will be sent to your Bonanza address.
If your package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We can not take responsibility about this fees.

Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysWe want you to feel comfortable with your purchase, so if you are not happy with it, please contact us before leaving a negative feedback and we will find a good solution for you.
We accept returns in the first 30 days from receipt of product. To approve the return is it necessary that you contact us first and that the product be in perfect condition and with original packing. We are not responsible for loss or damage during the return.
The purchase amount will be refunded by your payment method once we receive the product within 5-7 working days. Shipping fees are non refundable.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In cases of damage during the shipping process we will accept returns with an 100% refund to you on the item (including shipping cost). You will be required to provide us photos of damaged goods within a maximum of 48h after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. We will provide you an address to return the product and we will proceed to make the refund only after receiving the item. Please note that damage claims after 48h maximum will not be accepted.
