Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
- All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
- Our shipment costs are higher than normal because all orders will be shipped from Sweden and we would like to ensure you with trackable shipments. The actual postages are actually much higher than you paid as all the transport companies have very high fuel surcharges. But we take responsible for those costs.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations
Request within 24 hours after ordering and / or before the order has been shipped.
Unredeemed Packages / Incorrect address
Due to high administration charges, handling charges and postages in Sweden, unredeemed packages and packages being returned because of wrong address are charged to a fee of SEK 299 regardless of order amount, unfortunately.

- Contact me within 21 days of shipment. No return will be accepted without contacting me in advance.
- Ship items back within 30 days of shipment.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply together with returns.
- Refund will not be issued until I have received the return items.
