DELIVERY
All goods are usually sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery unless otherwise stated. Once we have packed and shipped your item, you will receive a report saying we have sent it to you.
All delivery charges are based on UK other countries may vary
They do not include Southern Ireland, any offshore islands, the Highlands of Scotland, or international shipping to PO boxes unless otherwise stated.
If you require any of these, please ask us, and we will advise you if we can do this and the prices; it may take longer for delivery.
Products are shipped to you from Monday to Friday only; bank holidays and public holidays are not included.
All goods will only be sent to your registered address.
Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import charges in their own country,
and sometimes it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
Alternatively, circumstances outside the scope of government guidelines may cause the delivery to be delayed.

Products may be returned if they are faulty, not as described in the listing, or if the incorrect item is delivered to the customer within 14 days of delivery of goods. As long as your products are unused and unopened, we will need to be notified before you return an item.
Please include pictures and other evidence to help speed the process along. Once the tag has been removed or the item has been worn or used, it will belong to you and cannot be returned for any reason.
Beauty or health creams, lubricants, massage oil products, or intimate underwear (knickers, briefs, or thongs) are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
If you have ordered something by mistake or decide that you don’t want it,
we can issue a refund for unwanted items within 14 days, but you, the buyer, will bear the cost of the return and be responsible for its delivery to us.
We recommend sending it by recorded mail.
